We're looking for a PAS 2030 and MCS Inspections Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring inspections and desktop audits are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
About the Role

As the PAS 2030 and MCS Inspections Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations - planning, managing, and coordinating inspections across the UK. You'll liaise with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, minimal backlogs, and compliance with UKAS requirements. Your work will directly support our mission to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Planning & Coordination
Schedule and manage inspections and desktop audits, ensuring timely delivery.
Allocate inspectors based on competence and compliance requirements.
Work closely with the Compliance Team to align inspections with upcoming audits.
Delivery
Handle client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring swift and professional responses.
Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.
Support clients through renewals and transitions to new standards.
Resourcing
Identify and escalate resource gaps to ensure proactive planning.
Reporting
Assist in producing reports and gathering data to monitor performance against business targets.
Success Criteria
--------------------
Inspections and audits delivered in line with KPIs.
Backlogs reduced to a minimum.
Inspector resources maintained at required competence levels.
High levels of PAS 2030 and MCS client satisfaction.
