As a Waiter/Meat Carver(Pasador), the most crucial part of your role is to create an authentic Rodizio Grill experience. You will be responsible for carving and serving fresh cuts of meat tableside to our guests. (full training will be provided where necessary) You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the cuts of meat (incl beef, pork, poultry and lamb) you will be serving and full training will be provided where necessary. You will help to ensure that the meat quality and quantity is within the range of our restaurant standard. You must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment You must be able to work as part of a committed team who support and encourage each other. You must hold the guests needs at the heart of everything and should be treated with courtesy and calmness at all times.
