Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and technically capable
Passive Fire Compartmentation and Fire Door Surveyor
to join our team on a subcontract basis.This role requires a confident, self-managed individual with a deep understanding of passive fire protection, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to liaise professionally with clients on-site.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in fire compartmentation and fire door surveying (essential) Fire Door and/or Inspection Certification(Highly Preferred) Strong technical understanding of fire safety and compliance standards Proficient in using recording/reporting software such as
Ontrace
(or similar) ValidCSCS card
EnhancedDBS check
Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage workload independently and produce detailed, compliant survey reports Willingness to travel as required across London and the surrounding regionsRole Details:
Subcontract basis - rates dependent on experience Projects across commercial and residential buildings Opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidate
