About the Company

The Role

As Contracts Manager you will oversee the full lifecycle of fire door contracts from mobilisation to hand-over. You will work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead contracts for fire door installations and remedial works in accordance with fire safety standards (e.g., FIRAS, BM TRADA Q?Mark) Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, risk registers and documentation Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain to deliver results Chair client meetings and act as key point of contact for contract performance Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Provide reporting on contract status, profitability and resource utilisation
About You

Proven experience managing fire door or passive fire protection contracts Strong understanding of fire door standards, installation and compliance Excellent leadership, communication and commercial skills Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing teams Full UK driving licence
