What we need from you

As Chef de Partie, you'll be confident in running a section

Ensure the smooth-running of your section, Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal wastage, Assist our head chef where required in recipe and dish development, Keep organised and maintain high standards
