We are seeking a talented Chef to join our culinary team at Gino d Acampo Liverpool . Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality meets Gino D'Acampo brand standards.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Manage food inventory, ensuring proper storage and adherence to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.
Develop new menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
