Responsibilities are spread wide, from keeping a tidy ship, to being able to learn quickly and have a direct input into the production and potentially product creation/development. The day to day running will involve making and packing pesto, of which often 7-10+ are made on a weekly basis in small batches. Pasta is also made from simple ribbons and shapes, in various guises and 3 varieties of Ravioli.
