Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to students and staff in matters linked to
student well-being and behaviour
Support the
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Undertake
clerical work
to support the pastoral care of students
Work closely with staff to promote
inclusion, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour
Skills & Qualities We're Looking For
Experience working with
children or young people
, ideally within SEND or pastoral settings
Strong understanding of
behaviour management and safeguarding
Excellent
communication and teamwork skills
Calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
Empathetic, reliable, and committed to supporting young people
