John Leggott College is launching a flagship Home Education Hub - a vibrant, supportive and high-quality learning environment designed to provide structured academic support for home-educated learners across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious new provision and to play a key role in shaping its growth and future direction.
We are looking for a Pastoral Coordinator who can bring warmth, professionalism and consistency to the Hub. You will be at the heart of daily operations, helping to create a purposeful, welcoming space where learners feel confident, supported and ready to thrive. This is a dynamic, forward-facing role-perfect for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator with families, and passionate about delivering an exceptional learner experience.
As Pastoral Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of Hub activities
  • Support learners in developing strong academic habits and positive engagement
  • Build strong, effective communication channels between families, tutors and the College
  • Help establish routines, promote effective study skills, and ensure every learner receives the structure, encouragement and guidance they need to succeed
