Pastoral Lead?




Sheddingdean Primary School

is a vibrant and diverse community school committed to nurturing the whole child; and we are looking for an experienced pastoral lead to support attendance and behaviour across the school, alongside our Senior Leadership and Inclusion Team.



We are seeking a compassionate, experienced individual with a strong background in pastoral care. The ideal candidate will have:


Proven experience working in a pastoral role within a school or similar setting A deep understanding of

trauma-informed practices

A

therapeutic approach to behaviour

that supports the emotional and social development of all children A commitment to inclusion and the ability to work effectively with pupils and families from a wide range of backgrounds and needs Experience working with families in order to remove barriers to attendance

Salary:

Grade 5-6 depending on experience 26,403-28,598 Pro Rata)

Contract Type:

Fixed Term for 1 year

Working Pattern:

25 hrs a week

Sheddingdean CP school
