The Role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic

Full-Time Pastry Chef

to join our kitchen team and work closely with our Head Chef. While your primary focus will be creating high-quality pastries and desserts, you will also support the main kitchen team on selected days to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a range of pastries, desserts, and sweet items to a consistently high standard. Support the Head Chef and main kitchen team with general cooking and prep duties when required. Ensure consistent quality, flavour, and presentation across all pastry and menu items. Assist with ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Keep the pastry section and wider kitchen clean, organised, and efficient. Contribute creative ideas for new pastries, desserts, and seasonal specials. Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

About You:

Previous experience as a pastry chef or in a similar kitchen role. Passionate about high-quality ingredients, artisan baking, and creating exceptional food. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. A team player with excellent communication and a positive attitude. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to the needs of a growing business.
