Lux and Pro Hospitality is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client for an experienced
Pastry Chef de Partie
to join a high-end kitchen team delivering exceptional quality and service. The kitchen supports several luxury outlets, including in-room dining, a refined lounge, and event spaces catering for up to 1,000 guests daily.
Using seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce, the menus focus on dishes that are simply delicious - and deliciously simple.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist during service alongside the pastry team
Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation
Supervise and support Commis and Demi Chefs on your section
Keep kitchen areas, tools, and equipment clean and organised
Foster a positive working relationship with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a busy pastry kitchen
Strong patisserie skills, including chocolate tempering
5-star or luxury hotel experience is essential
Passion for quality food and fresh ingredients
Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
