We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for creating a variety of desserts.
Duties
Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts
Ensure all food production meets quality standards and is presented attractively.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food production and preparation within a professional kitchen environment.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on baking and pastry arts.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
