Duties

Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts according to established recipes. Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in the development of new dessert recipes and menu items. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness.

Proficient in baking techniques and pastry preparation. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Culinary skills with experience in food production within a restaurant environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards.
