Job description
Maintain and sanitize utensils, tools, and machinery
Strictly adhere to food safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products.
Making and preparations of macarons, gateaux, and cake slices.
Supervising, motivating, and training junior team members
Working efficiently and safely to ensure daily stock demand is met
Conducting daily job sheets
Conducting weekly and monthly stock takes
. Ensure quality standards in food and service
. Creatively pastry work and decoration on all wedding and custom cakes, as well as desserts
. Cake Decorating and preparation. Intermediate to Advanced Level work
. Work in a team environment with a high degree of professionalism while handling multiple priorities to produce efficient service
. Other duties as assigned.
