Summary

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team at M & KA Ltd T/A Perfect Pastries, located in the midlands. In this role, you will play a vital part in our pastry production process.

Working Hours

6am to 2pm Monday to Friday, All applicants must be able to work later in busy times with no notice.
This can vary. For holiday cover and peak times shifts can run until 5pm

Paid breaks

Responsibilities

Assist in the production of various pastry items according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to during the preparation and running of pastry products. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient working environment. Participate in the production process. Support food preparation tasks as required, including measuring ingredients and assembling products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food production or a similar role within a manufacturing environment, is desirable but not essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
