This is a
full-time, permanent role
-- an excellent opportunity for a Pastry Chef looking to take the next step in their career within one of London's most exciting dining destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the pastry section, overseeing the preparation and service of all desserts, pastries, and baked goods
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to develop and refine seasonal menus, specials, and bespoke creations
Consistently deliver outstanding standards of quality, presentation, and flavour across all pastry offerings
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
Manage pastry stock, including ordering, rotation, and minimising waste
Support, train, and mentor junior team members, building a positive and professional kitchen culture
Maintain pastry equipment to the highest standard, ensuring it is clean, safe, and fully operational
About You
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-quality, high-volume restaurant
A genuine passion for patisserie, desserts, and modern British cuisine
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management
A natural team player who is reliable, flexible, and collaborative
