Job Summary

We are seeking a Pasty Preparation Assistant to join our team in crafting delicious pasties. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and assembling pasties while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of pasty fillings and dough
- Assemble pasties according to established recipes and procedures
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and organized
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times
- Provide support during peak hours to ensure timely service
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets

Experience

- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hospitality settings is desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Familiarity with guest services and culinary practices is a plus
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations

this job will involve KP work also! hours will be between 5/5:30-9/10 6 days a week! Can be flexible!
