Job Description

Lady with a range of health conditions, living in the Bletchley area of Milton Keynes, requires a PA for support at home and out in the community.

Personal care - mainly prompting to wash and dress, hair washing, medication management, light domestic duties, support to access the community, possibly to join self-help/mental health groups

12.5 hours per week @ 14.00 per hour gross.

Applicants must be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check paid for by the local authority.

Driver with own vehicle preferred
