We are seeking compassionate and a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and assistance to a friendly middle aged lady at her private home. The role involves supporting her with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting her well-being. Responsibilities

/ Assist clients with personal care tasks such as dressing, and grooming Support with mobility and transfer activities. Administer medication in accordance with prescribed instructions and organisational policies Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Support clients with daily routines and activities to encourage independence Drive clients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safe transportation Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and organising living spaces

Experience

Previous experience in assisted, nursing home, or home care environments is advantageous Knowledge of patient care practices. Certification or training in first aid and medication administration is desirable Experience in caregiving roles involving behaviour management or complex needs Familiarity with driving responsibilities for client transportation is preferred Childcare experience can be beneficial for supporting family-oriented clients
