Duties
Manage daily operations of the concession stand, including staffing, inventory control, and sales management.
Lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organised environment.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and staff performance.
Train new staff on operational procedures, customer service standards, and health and safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
