Job Summary

The Concession Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concession stand, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient management of resources. This role involves leading a team, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Duties

Manage daily operations of the concession stand, including staffing, inventory control, and sales management. Lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organised environment. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and staff performance. Train new staff on operational procedures, customer service standards, and health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.

Skills

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and lead a diverse team. Experience in retail management or food service is preferred. Bilingual abilities are an advantage for enhancing customer interactions. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently. Knowledge of sales management techniques to drive revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
