Responsibilities
All administrative tasks for drafting, filing, prosecution and grant or patent applications at the EPO, UK, WIPO and overseas, including preparing and filing necessary forms, updating and monitoring docketing system and checking necessary documents
Communicate directly with clients/agents/patent offices
Communicate with inventors regarding documents
Assist with senior level admin (due diligence projects, client process management, workflow and process improvement and training)
Qualifications
CIPA Qualification preferred but not required if relevant experience gained.

Diligent and thorough.

Ability to work on own initiative.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good working knowledge of patent procedure.
Attention to detail, including spotting incorrect / incomplete information.
Willingness to learn new skills.
