Community Mental Health Services in North London Foundation Trust are undergoing widespread, innovative transformation. Primary Care Core teams are being expanded to incorporate specialist services and provide comprehensive local, holistic, patient-centred care. The Camden CDAT Pathway Lead will be a social worker, nurse or OT with leadership experience. They will have a lead role in the provision of the multi-disciplinary specialist service for treatment-resistant depression and anxiety disorders. They will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of the CDAT pathway in the Camden Core teams. Main duties of the job
The CDAT pathway lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the team and ongoing evaluation of the service. They will be adaptable; working with the wider Core team, other Trust services and partner agencies in a solution-focussed and collaborative environment. The pathway lead will oversee the provision of biopsychosocial care to a range of service users. They will provide supervision and line management to a small team of Keyworkers (nurses, social workers and OTs). They will co-ordinate MDT meetings and work with the CDAT Psychology and Medical leads in order to deliver a holistic patient-centred service.
