Position: Permanent Full-Time Admin Staff


We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and highly organised individuals to join our

Patient Services Team

in a full-time

Administrative Support

role.

Key Responsibilities



As a member of our admin team, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Scheduling outpatient appointments, liaising with patients over the phone, and issuing appointment letters promptly. Providing a friendly and efficient service to patients contacting us in person or by telephone. Managing patients who Did Not Attend (DNA) in line with departmental policy. Ordering and managing office and clinical supplies in collaboration with clinical staff. Reporting appointment-related issues, waiting times, or departmental concerns to the Service Co-ordinator. Organising and maintaining filing systems; accurately inputting data into computer systems for effective patient activity tracking. Handling general administrative duties such as: Filing patient notes and records Distributing clinical reports and departmental post Managing correspondence Photocopying, scanning, and faxing Producing weekly wait reports and other relevant metrics as required. Supporting other administrative functions across the service when needed (e.g., reception cover).

Undertaking other reasonable duties as may be required in line with the nature of the role and to meet the operational needs of the business.
