Xyla Healthcare Services are looking to recruit a Patient Administrator, who will manage the end-to-end administrative processes for patient scans and appointments to assist with the running and delivery of our Lung health check services.

Every day you will...
Support in the patient administration processes, which will include booking appointments.
Contact patients, take incoming telephone calls, and ensure patient satisfaction.
Carry out all administrative tasks which link to full pathway patient management and the day-to-day delivery of the Lung health check services.
Manage administrative pathways in line with the Virtual Outpatient SOP for the service, escalating issues in a timely manner where required.
Attend business unit and group training sessions, to build knowledge and capabilities, to aid the growth of the Business Unit.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
Previous experience working within administration in a healthcare setting.
Strong IT skills including MS Office applications.
Knowledge/experience of patient referrals
