An exciting part time opportunity has arisen to join the Patient and Carer Experience Team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking to recruit a proactive and highly organised

Team Co-ordinator/Administration Support

to provide high-level administrative and coordination support across a range of activities within this vital team.

Main duties of the job




This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the team. The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and project coordination, supporting both internal and external engagement activities.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.



We employ around 4,500 staff across 73 sites and have services across Wirral and Cheshire, as well as Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton and Liverpool. We also provide specialist services for the North West as a whole.

Working knowledge of software programmes e.g. Microsoft Office Audio Typing Skills Minute/Note Taking experience Specialised knowledge and expertise of patient experience principles in the NHS Knowledge of the principles of recovery orientated services Knowledge of the CWP Recovery Strategy Knowledge of and understanding of the Data Protection Act ####

Applicant requirements


The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
