Patient Booker Endoscopy Department (On-Site) Shrewsbury Hospital Full-Time | We are seeking an organised, patient-focused Patient Booker to join the Endoscopy team at Shrewsbury Hospital. This is an on site position supporting the smooth running of patient scheduling within a busy clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate patient appointments for the Endoscopy department Liaise with clinical teams, admin teams, and patients to ensure efficient scheduling Deliver excellent patient communication and customer service Maintain accurate records and follow departmental procedures Support the wider Endoscopy team with administrative tasks as required Requirements Must be on site at Shrewsbury Hospital (no remote working) Experience in Endoscopy is essential either as a Patient Booker, Scheduler, or Healthcare Support Worker with exposure to endoscopy services Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Confident using hospital IT systems training will be provided Apply now or contact us for more information!
