Hours: 8:30 PM - 7:30 AM, 4 nights on 4 nights off




We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about animal care to join our Out of Hours team. Previous experience in animal handling or working in a veterinary setting is favorable, although it is not a requirement as training will be provided. The ideal candidate is a reliable individual with attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to be an excellent team player.

Your role and responsibilities




In this role, you will be a key member of the night team supporting the nursing team. Overnight you will be working effectively alongside the OOH Registered Veterinary Nurse to help provide the highest standard of nursing care to a variety of patients. You also have a significant role in maintaining our high standards in infection control and performing non-clinical duties.


You will be trained to assist the OOH RVN with patient handling, meeting the husbandry needs of our patients, running diagnostic tests in our in-house lab and report results our clinical team.
