At The Dental Centre in Corby, we're on the hunt for a warm, organised, and confident Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. You'll play a key role in making sure our patients feel relaxed, cared for, and well looked after -- from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing:

Giving patients a friendly and professional welcome, in person and over the phone Managing the appointment diary and keeping the day running smoothly Handling calls, emails, and enquiries with calm and clarity Keeping patient records accurate and up to date Supporting the team with billing and payments Working closely with our dentists, nurses and the wider team to provide outstanding care

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role Confident communication and a naturally positive attitude Strong multitasking and time management skills A cool head under pressure and a knack for staying organised A team spirit and a proactive, can-do approach
