Working with partners to development, delivery and management of patient services Oversee and manage our appointments system Support the staff in the daily running of the surgery Monitor and help support the delivery of QOF Ensuring all patients have a positive experience Carers/Veteran Lead Deal with practice complaints and learning events Assist Business manager/ DPM in compliance with CQC, NHS contractual obligations Support Business partner/DPM with HR management including staff working rotas, absences and Annual leave
