What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support via phone, email, or in person Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions Manage and resolve queries with empathy and efficiency Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to our service excellence goals
