Job Description


Concord Medical Centre are looking to recruit two members of staff to join our Patient Services Team, on either a part-time or full-time basis!As a key member of the Patient Services Team, the candidate will receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing appropriate services, provide general assistance to the practice team, meet and greet patients, and ensure all reception/administration duties are completed promptly and efficiently.Main duties of the job

  • Deal with enquiries
  • Book appointments
  • Register patients
