The Duo Clinic PHILOSOPHY of assessing and treating patients on an individual basis has become the foundation of the Duo Clinic brand. We work closely with our patients to provide a bespoke treatment plan that places importance on a holistic approach to the patients wellbeing and overall aesthetic goals. We promise to deliver discreet yet powerful results to all patients, while pledging to maintain patient confidentiality as our main priority.

Due to business expansion we are looking for an experienced, confident and motivated Patient Co-Ordinator to join our team! This position is full time hours Monday to Thursday!

To be considered for this role the below requirements are non-negotiable:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Minimum 3 years in customer service in fast paced environment

Must have sales experience and meeting targets

Motivated to learn and be an active aspect of the business development

Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail and is able to take ownership of administration tasks

Genuine interest in the patient journey and skincare

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using office software and electronic systems.

A compassionate approach towards patient care and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Outstanding knowledge and use of Outlook mail and Whatsapp.


Responsibilities



Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with the check-in process. Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate documentation. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and patient care. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and address any issues that may arise. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Ensure compliance with health regulations and confidentiality standards in all interactions. Assist in the preparation of reports, audits and other documentation as required.

The role is full time hours with the potential for career progression. The clinic is open 6 days per week and three late evenings per week. We expect all of our staff to be flexible, team-players, reliable and dependable.
