Wythenshawe Dental Clinic is looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team. You'll be working in-clinic every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is naturally organised, and can thrive in a busy clinical setting.
Responsibilities
Booking patients in and out for appointments using our dental software
Answering incoming calls and handling appointment enquiries
Following up with patients via phone or text to confirm bookings or recalls
Managing patient records and ensuring all paperwork is up to date
Taking payments and explaining treatment plans or fees when required
Communicating clearly with both patients and clinical staff to ensure the day runs smoothly
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
Previous dental experience.
Previous experience in sales.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
A compassionate attitude towards patient care and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
