The Role

Working full-time, you'll be the friendly face patients see when they arrive and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone.


Your key responsibilities will include:


Managing patient bookings, records, and payments Providing a warm welcome and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team with administrative tasks Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

Dental experience preferred:

experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Nurse is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal skills:

calm, confident, and patient-focused

Organised and efficient:

able to handle a busy front desk with professionalism

Reliable and friendly:

a great communicator and genuine team player
