The Role

We're looking for a warm, confident, and organised

Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

to join our friendly team for

afternoon/evening hours (4pm-7pm, Monday-Friday)

.


In this key role, you'll support patients throughout their dental journey, ensuring they feel well-informed, cared for, and looked after from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do

Manage Treatment Plans:

Support patients with finance applications, payment processes, and plan their treatment smoothly.

Patient Support:

Welcome new patients, discuss treatment and payment options, and guide them through their next steps.

Front Desk Excellence:

Handle enquiries, manage appointments, and ensure our reception area runs efficiently.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our dental nurses, clinicians, and admin team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Organisation & Records:

Maintain accurate patient notes, respond promptly to queries, and help keep everything running like clockwork.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 1 year working in a dental practice (dental nursing experience is a bonus).

Knowledge:

Familiarity with dental treatments, including aligners, composite bonding, implants, etc.

Tech-Savvy:

Confident with dental software, scanners, and MS Office.

Patient-Focused:

Excellent customer service skills, friendly, empathetic, and adaptable.

Team Player:

Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a close-knit team.
