The Role
As a Patient Experience & Marketing Executive, you will be a key member of our clinic team, responsible for ensuring our patients receive a 5-star service from the moment they arrive.
This is a combined role that blends essential front-of-house duties with an opportunity to support our marketing efforts. You will have the chance to apply your interest in social media and modern technology to help us connect with our patients. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who is looking to gain practical experience in marketing within a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience
Greet patients in our clinics in a friendly and professional manner.
Help patients with queries over email, telephone, and in person.
Assist our doctors with any administrative or operational issues.
Act as a chaperone for patients as required.
Carry out general housekeeping duties to ensure the clinic is kept clean and tidy.
Raise any issues to the relevant manager to ensure our service standards are maintained.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Help create content for our social media channels, such as taking photos or short videos in the clinic (with appropriate consent and discretion).
Assist in gathering positive patient testimonials and feedback.
Contribute ideas for local marketing and patient engagement initiatives.
Use modern tools, including AI assistants, to help with tasks like drafting content, summarising patient feedback, and improving efficiency.
Replying to google reviews for clinics.
Update business profile on google with regular updated photos.
Requirements
Ideally 1 year of customer service or reception experience.
Excellent customer service skills and a personable manner.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.
A demonstrable interest in marketing, social media, and a willingness to learn how to use AI tools in a business context.
A reliable and professional work ethic.
Working Hours & Location
This is a full-time, in-person position based at one of our London clinics. Remote working is not available.
Working hours are on a shift basis and will include some weekends.
You will be required to obtain a DBS check, which will be arranged and paid for by us.

24,000 - 28,000
Leave:
28 days holiday (pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays) plus 5 paid personal days.
