As a

Patient Flow Coordinator

, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role -- ensuring every patient is scheduled promptly, every referral is managed accurately, and every interaction reflects the care we're known for. What You'll Do



Coordinate care:

Schedule patient referrals, appointments, and surgeries with precision and care

Own the detail:

Manage patient records, waiting lists, and clinical correspondence accurately

Be the steady hand:

Answer patient queries with empathy and professionalism

Collaborate with clinical teams:

Ensure a seamless patient experience from referral to treatment

Keep things running smoothly:

Support general office tasks and maintain a calm, well-organised environment
