We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Patient Sales Executiveto join our growing Patient Follow Up Team at Signature Clinic. This role bridges patient care and sales, guiding potential patients through their journey, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to surgery booking.
You will play a key role in building and managing a robust pipeline of patients, delivering exceptional service, and meeting sales targets while always putting the patient first.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified patients through proactive follow-up, consultation coordination, and relationship management.
Convert consultations into booked surgeries by understanding patient needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and sales activity in the CRM system.
Serve as the patient's point of contact throughout their journey, from consultation to post-surgery follow-up care.
Delivering an empathetic, and informative experience, ensuring patients feel supported and valued at every step.
Educate patients on procedures, pricing, financing options, and surgical outcomes.
Work closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and finance departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Support operational efficiency by ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination of consultations and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, ideally within private healthcare and luxury services.
Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with patients.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Goal-oriented, motivated, and capable of performing in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
