An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, well organised and enthusiastic individual to join the admin team at the Northern Health Centre, Community Paediatrics.
The post holder will play an important role in the provision of high-quality supervision and administrative support to the Islington Additional Needs and Disability Service (IANDS), Community Paediatric and the Looked After Children teams.
The Patient Pathway Supervisor's key role is to manage and support the administrative staff within their teams, overseeing day-to-day operations and supervising the reception team, providing cover as needed. The post holder will support patients through their clinical pathway, ensuring timely treatment, minimising delays, and enhancing the patient experience with clear, reassuring communication.
You must be enthusiastic, flexible, quick to learn, IT literate, used to various office systems including Microsoft word and excel and have excellent communication skills.
