The Role:
Reporting to the Group Service Manager & working with the Patient Service Team Lead, the Patient Service Specialist will provide 5customer service in line with our established customer service framework, ultimately supporting the overall business growth.
You will be actively building rapport and relationships with patients whilst thriving on converting patient enquiries/leads received via telephone and digitally into bookings whilst benefiting from an
uncapped commission structure
.
The operational hours of the team are:
4.5 days per week between 8am - 7pm Monday and 8am - 6pm Tuesday to Friday
Your Skills & Experience:
Proven success in a sales and/or lead management role
A strong work ethic and determination to meet targets with 100% commitment to the team success
Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building rapport
Passion for delivering 5 customer service and confidence in engaging with people Excellent computer skills and experience of working with CRM platforms
