Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and serving customers with a smile

Handling payments and operating the till

Assisting with packaging and beautifully presenting cakes and pastries

Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times

Restocking displays and supporting day-to-day shop operations

Working closely with the team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working with people

Communicates clearly and professionally

Is reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Can thrive in a busy environment and multitask effectively

Has previous experience in retail or food service (preferred, but not essential -- training provided)

Is flexible and available to work weekends and peak periods
