Valid SIA Frontline License
First Aid Certification
Minimum 2 years' experience in a security-related role (preferred)What You'll Do
Be a visible, trusted presence within the local community. Build relationships with residents and local stakeholders to tackle anti-social behaviour and safety concerns. Respond to incidents when required and liaise with police or other partners. Support the community through engagement, empathy, and problem-solving.

A confident communicator with a genuine interest in public service. Reliable, proactive, and professional in your conduct. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Calm under pressure and committed to keeping communities safe.
