Job Description
Overview
This is a full-time role for an Asphalt Paving Operator at Steadline. The role is primarily located in Maidstone with travel to site. The Asphalt Paving Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining asphalt pavers, overseeing road surfacing projects, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with the team on site.
Qualifications
Experience in operating and maintaining asphalt paving machines Knowledge of road surfacing techniques and processes Ability to ensure quality control and adhere to safety regulations Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Relevant certifications in asphalt paving or civil engineering are a plus
This is an immediate start position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 160.00-190.00 per day
