Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Pavers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial paving, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Lay paving stones and slabs accurately to create durable surfaces. Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Perform masonry work as required, including setting foundations and walls. Assist in the preparation of sites by clearing debris and ensuring proper drainage. Conduct basic electrical work as needed for outdoor lighting or other installations. Carry out painting tasks to enhance the aesthetics of completed projects. Fabricate necessary components on-site to meet project specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in paving or related fields such as carpentry or masonry is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of basic electrical systems is an advantage. Ability to plumb surfaces accurately for optimal drainage and aesthetics. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site. A valid driving licence is desirable for transportation between job sites.
