Duties

ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards Perform routine maintenance on paving equipment and related machinery to guarantee optimal performance coordinate with team members and clients, maintaining clear communication throughout project phases Assist with site preparation, including setting up work zones and ensuring safety protocols are followed Monitor project progress, report on developments, and address any issues promptly Maintain accurate records of materials used, work completed, and equipment maintenance schedules

Qualifications

Proven experience within construction or paving industries Knowledge of maintenance procedures for paving machinery and vehicles Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers Organised with excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines Physical fitness suitable for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
