Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paving Installer to join our team. Must have experience installing Porcelain/Sandstone patios, Driveway paving and understand how to set out projects.

Candidate must be 25+ with Full driving licence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various paving products and systems, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.

Duties

Install Paving products and systems according to specifications and company standards. Maintain a clean and organised work environment during installations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on installation progress. Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality workmanship. Drive to various job sites, ensuring safe transport of tools and materials. Perform routine maintenance checks on installed products as required. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.

Experience

Previous experience in a paving installation role is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and team members effectively. A valid driving licence is required for this position. Ability to manage tasks independently while also being a team player.
