Job Description

This role is for a Pavior in the North Tyneside area working on mainly highway maintenance works. Working as part of a 2 man gang with a Roadworker.

Working alongside a roadman or other operator to complete physical highway maintenance activities or small construction schemes such as footpath repairs.

What you will be doing: \xe2\x80\x8b

• To undertake a range of advanced Highways tasks e.g. kerb laying, block paving, flag laying and laying concrete.
• Undertake traffic management associated with highway function\'s
• Use and interpret plans and drawings in relations to highway functions.
• To set out and level work as required.
• To be responsible for the identification of underground services during the execution of highway duties.
• To use a variety of construction plant and tools

CSCS Card

NRASWA

Must have worked on Highway Maintenance schemes

Full Driving Licence

Desirable:

Mini excavator ticket

HGV Licence

IT Skills
