Paye Multi Trader (maintenance And Small Works)
Job Description
Effectable are one of the largest home adaptations specialists in the UK.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for Multi Traders to work on residential properties for the elderly and less able.
You'll be responsible for carrying out minor repairs and minor installations, examples would include, fitting a basin, small amounts of tiling, hanging a door, fixing handrails and grab rails. lifting up vinyl flooring and repairing subfloors for others to fit floor, changing taps and showers.
Full training on the equipment we fit will be given.
A company van will be supplied (for work use only). You will be able to work on your own initiative, be pro active and happy to manage your time effectively.
Work areas are all over London within the M25.
Paid sick and bonus schemes are part of our extensive benefits package.
You must have a clean driving Licence, you must also have your own basic tools. Self-motivated and conscious of first time fixes are important, time management skills are imperative. Reporting and communications skills are essential to this role.
Hours of work 8am-5pm overtime is also available.
