Payment Performance Manager Tebex

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Payment Performance Manager to own the health and optimization of our payment stack across markets and methods. This valiant hero will track and improve key metrics such as authorization, decline, and success rates to strengthen our position as a market leader and empower in-game creators. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Head of Payments and Compliance, working closely with internal technical and data teams as well as external payment partners to achieve industry-leading results.

This role is open to UK residents only.





Requirements:


Minimum 4 years of experience with a bank, payments, or fintech company, including local acquiring and APMs Analytical, data-driven approach to understanding current and expected payment method performance Clear understanding of the levers available to improve performance Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A hands-on, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset Interest in digital companies and fintech, with knowledge of Merchant of Record business models

Responsibilities:



In this role, you will:



Review payment method performance at country, region, acquirer, and BIN level Proactively test routing changes to maximize performance Identify opportunities to improve performance through integration changes, new partnerships, or other appropriate methods Partner with the Head of Payment Networks to ensure suppliers maintain a continual focus on performance Dive into data and systems to address day-to-day fluctuations and drive medium- and long-term strategy Build strong relationships and collaborate daily with Payments & Compliance, BI, and Technology teams * Cast powerful payment performance enhancing spells, imbued with the spirits of ancient beings
